Zucchini Cakes with Chutney

These were so yummy! If you like potato pancakes you will love these! I didn't have any eggs so I substituted it for water. The water and flour was more than enough to hold them together. I also discovered that I'm not a big fan of mango chutney. Although it might just have been the brand I bought. I would really like to learn how to make strawberry chutney like the Hot House makes. That stuff is to dye for!

Note about the Chocolate Zucchini Cake:
In my earlier post for that I said that the zucchini taste was kinda strong. Well I take that back. Granted it was strong. I ended up freezing them and they I would take them out and pop them in the microwave for a bit and they were SOOOOO good! All the chocolate chips inside would melt and it totally overtook the zucchini flavor! I can't wait to make these again!
