Swim like a fish!

Today Mandy and I biked to the pool to swim some lengths. We used to go all the time back in the day. It was nice to go again. I know it sounds very boring but it's actually quite nice. It's relaxing and I get time to spend with Mandy. We sometimes stop between laps and have a little chat. Even though it is very relaxing you get a good workout. And it's nice because its a low impact workout. I LOVE it! My body is going to feel like jello tomorrow simply because of the bike ride PLUS the laps. In total I swam 32 laps! That equals half a mile! Thats about my the same as my record from when we used to go. My goal is to make it to 64 (a mile). Also our bike ride worked out to be 8.4km! What a great day! I'm hoping to start swimming lengths more often.

This Month's 101:
• Consistently work out 3x a week for a month
• Learn how to hem pants
• Read a Jane Austen book (Emma)
• Get my drivers license
• Read My Sisters Keeper

Sorry I am so late on commenting. That is a great work out, I love being in the water, and I don't think I've ever swam that many laps :)

My Sister's Keeper is an amazing book! And it's coming out in theatre's the end of June!!
