I was going to put the recipe on my other blog but then I kinda just made it up as I went along.
Basically I boiled the little potatoes just until they were a bit soft, then put a little olive oil on then and then put them in the oven until i could poke a fork threw them. Then I took them out and scooped the insides out with a melon baller, mixed some shredded cheese and sour cream with the potato insides and then put it back in the shell and put them in until the tops were a bit brown. Tada! They are delish!
